The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on August 14, 2008 and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended. A disclosure requirement is information that a post-secondary institution is required to distribute or make available to current students, current employees, prospective students, and prospective employees.

Reaffirmation of Accreditation
Diamonds College located at 3321 Loy Lake Road, Sherman, Texas is applying for reaffirmation of accreditation with the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education. Persons wishing to make comments should write to the Executive Director of the Commission, Council on Occupational Education, 7840 Roswell Road, Bldg. 300, Suite 325, Atlanta, GA 30350. Persons making comments must provide their names and mailing address.
